Due to current restrictions for COVID-19, adjustments have been made to our warehouse operations.  Our fulfillment times are currently 1-4 business days. We appreciate your patience and support during this time.

Our normal processing time for orders is 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and leave our warehouse. We strive to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.


  • FREE USPS SHIPPING for all US domestic orders over $35.00

  • USPS First Class: Depends on your shipping zone will range between $2.99 -$7, 1-8 days shipping
  • USPS Domestic Priority: Depends on your shipping zone will range between $7-$8, 1-4 days shipping
  • USPS Express Shipping: Depends on your shipping zone, will range between $22 - $28, 1 day expedited shipping
  • International orders: the cost of freight is calculated at checkout


US Returns Policy
To be eligible for return, your product must meet the following criteria:
  • Purchased within the last 14 days
  • Be in a new, unused condition and saleable condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging
  • Only non-sale items are eligible for returns

Please call us at 310.370.5333 or email us at for a Return Merchandise Authorization # prior to mailing the item back.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you purchased a vintage one of a kind item, and are looking to exchange it, we can only offer you a similar item in exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.  


To return your product, please mail your product to: Wabags, 21215 Hawthorne Blvd., #200, Torrance, CA  90503. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of the item.  We suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we can not be held responsible for lost packages. We will process your return/exchange within 1-4 business days once your item has been received.
