We want you to love what you ordered. But if something isn't right, let us know. We will gladly exchange your purchase 15 days from the date you receive your order. We accept exchanges of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise.

To exchange your merchandise, please call us toll free 1.877.568.9292 or email us at exchanges@wabags.com to obtain an exchange authorization #. No exchanges will be allowed without first obtaining an EA#.

We regret that we do not accept returns/refunds on any merchandise at this time.
